Royal Palace of Naples

October 10, 2016 Naples, Italy

The Royal Palace of Naples is a must visit! The facade of the Palace was being renovated when we visited so no photos from the outside. I'm sure it will look great when it's done.

The grand staircase alone blew my mind. It is so beautiful and elegant! I was half expecting a princess to descend the staircase at any moment. It's so regal - I loved it!

I always get anxious when I step inside a palace because I don't know where to start taking pictures first..the ceiling? chandelier? paintings? the wall? floor? Too many choices!

The Palace is well preserved. Each room was regal and I loved the paintings/furniture's adorning it. They don't make those pieces anymore now. And the wallpapers are divine! I want the red one ;)
The best part was going to chapel with the big nativity scene. It just shows you how serious they are about Christmas here.

For €4, it was well worth!
