What I Ate: Philippines Part II

February 9, 2018 Bohol, Philippines

Mango smoothie for me on a hot day.
I got obsessed in ordering grilled eggplant with tomatoes and red onions. The only veggie dish I can eat every day.
Beef sinigang. Nothing more comforting than eating this dish on a rainy day with rice.
More BBQ pork with grilled veggies this time. Does that make it more healthy?
This whole fish was delicious! Grilled fish is the best.
My ultimate favourite noodle dish from the Philippines is palabok.
And of course Halo-halo from Chowking. It has a lot of delicious toppings (flan, ice cream, fruits, jackfruit, tapioca, etc). It's the best. Have you tried it?
Chowking!
This is inside the SM Seaside mall food court. I was very hungry so we ordered a lot. We have sinigang again with veggies, and kare-kare (oxtail stew).
Our hotel in Cebu had a great breakfast buffet. This was my last breakfast in Cebu. I had danggit (dried fish) with sausages (longganisa), corned beef, with garlic rice.

  1. I also love grilled eggplant and eaten with tomatoes and onions and some vinegar and soy sauce. Yum
